Join a Growing Brokerage Expanding Across New England
HFM Realty is expanding across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Maine—and we’re actively onboarding agents who want to keep more of their commission and close more deals.
Whether you're newly licensed or experienced, we provide real support, direct broker access, and a structure designed to help you grow your income faster.
What We Offer:
- High commission splits (70%–95%+) based on production
- Direct access to the broker for real-time deal support, negotiations, and contracts
- Hands-on mentorship and training for new agents

Income Potential:
Our agents potential earning $75,000–$250,000+ annually, with top producers exceeding $300,000+.
Your income is directly tied to your production—with no cap on what you can earn.
We are currently onboarding a limited number of agents in each market as we continue expanding.
