Job Description

Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment. Job Title: Real Estate Services Coordinator Job Location: Radnor, PA (Onsite) Job Duration: 5+ Months Schedule: 8 AM 4 PM Job Description: Summary As a Real Estate Services Coordinator, you will provide customer service support to tenants and vendors while assisting managers with property and facilities management tasks. Typical Responsibilities
  • Support multiple properties and managers.
  • Perform administrative support tasks.
  • Assist managers with oversight responsibilities.
  • Process invoicing and prepare contractors.
  • Coordinate with utility companies.
  • Conduct site visits.
  • Communicate with vendors and tenants.
  • Handle aspects of energy management.
Requirements
  • Must-Have Skills:
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Invoicing experience.
  • Years of Experience: Open.
  • Education: Open.
  • Software Skills: MS Office Suite.
