Job Description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Real Estate Title Sales Representative opportunity with an established Florida-based Title Company that is affiliated with a reputable Real Estate Company. The Real Estate Title Sales Representative is responsible for below specific duties.Your specific duties will include:

Establish and maintain relationships with Real Estate Agents.
Act as liaison between Real Estate Agents and the Title Company.
Address concerns regarding the Title Company’s performance.
Attend Real Estate Agent office sales meetings.
Present Title Company services and provide price quotes.
Attend networking meetings and conferences.
Handle closings at the table when necessary.

Required qualifications for the position include:

Florida Notary.
Proven experience in the title industry, including conducting table closings.
High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

FL Title Agent License.

Pay Rate Range: Base pay approx. $45-50K base pay plus commission and monthly car allowance.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
