About this job: Buy and sell energy, transmission and capacity type products that are consistent with NorthWestern Energy's Risk PoliciesPerform load and generation forecasting, resource coordination, and resource optimization duties
Manage and optimize Northwestern Energy generation and long-term contractual resources
Scheduler will operate within the culture, risk tolerance and risk management policies of the company
Scheduler will assist in the development of strategies and execute transactions in the real-time power markets
Scheduler will present a competent, professional and consistent "face" of the company to counterparts
Perform other Power Marketing functions as necessary12 hour rotating shift work required
Overtime required
