We're looking for people who already know how to sell - and real estate agents are some of the best salespeople there are. You read people, you handle objections, you close in living rooms, and you're comfortable earning on commission. That's most of the job already.

You show up, understand the homeowner's problem, design a custom solution, and close. Your effort converts to income instead of getting eaten by lead generation.

The specifics
