This role tracks submissions, monitorsdeadlines, reconciles payments, and collaborates closely with Operations, Accounting, Sales, and external partnersto resolve issues and optimize workflows. The coordinator also audits pipelines for compliance and identifiesopportunities for process improvements. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effectivecommunication are essential.Essential Duties:• Process rebate applications accurately• Track application submission and monitor deadlines.• Collaborate with internal teams – ops and sales• Audit accounts to ensure complianceMinimum Qualifications:• High-School Diploma• Strong organization skills• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously• Problem Solving mindset• Commitment to accuracy and compliance• Ability to work independently• Proactive mindsetWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sittingor standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift officeproducts and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability toadjust focus.
