Location: Catoosa, OklahomaJob Type: Full-TimeShift: 10-Hour Day Shift | Monday FridaySchedule: 40 Hours Per Week | (4) 10-Hour Shifts | Overtime as Needed on FridaysPay: $22.00 $27.00 Per Hour (Based on Experience)
Position Overview
A growing fabrication company in Catoosa, Oklahoma has immediate openings for an experienced Rebuild Mechanic to join their team. Candidates must have experience rebuilding reciprocating compressors and/or industrial engines. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, the ability to read prints and measurements, and experience documenting repairs and findings.
Interviews must be scheduled in advance.
Job Requirements
- Experience rebuilding reciprocating compressors and/or industrial engines required
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Ability to use measuring equipment, including micrometers and calipers
- Ability to read prints to determine replacement parts needed
- Provide written reports to management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience required
- Must have required tools
- Reliable transportation required

Work Environment
- Fabrication Shop Setting
- Must be comfortable working in varying temperatures, dust, noise, and standard fabrication shop conditions
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift)
- Ability to regularly lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform physical tasks requiring full-body movement, including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required for safe operation of welding equipment and hand tools
- Ability to read blueprints, measure components, and inspect work for quality and accuracy
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and fabrication shop conditions
- Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including:
- Welding hood
- Gloves
- Steel-toed boots
- Safety glasses
- Hearing protection
