• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities, quality, and condition against documentation
• Safely unload trucks and trailers using forklifts or other material-handling equipment
• Organize, stage, and store materials to ensure timely availability for production
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory tracking systems
• Identify and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly
• Communicate effectively with purchasing, production, and vendors as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving and storage area
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and material-handling guidelines

What You Need to Bring to the Receiver Role:

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling environments preferred but not required
• Forklift or crane experience, or willingness to obtain certification
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Safety-focused mindset with adherence to policies and procedures
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 pounds regularly and stand or walk throughout the shift with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise
