Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring for Bulk Receiver / Warehouse Associate in Cuyahoga Falls, OHHours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMDays: Monday – Friday (Overtime as Needed)Pay: $16–$18+/hr (Based on Experience)Short DescriptionWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bulk Receiver / Warehouse Associate for a fast-paced warehouse facility in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.This is a jack-of-all-trades role involving receiving bulk shipments, unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and supporting picking, packing, shipping, and production operations.Responsibilities
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments*
  • Operate forklift or pallet jack to move materials*
  • Verify materials against packing slips*
  • Label, track, and store inventory*
  • Stage materials for production and kitting*
  • Assist with picking, packing, shipping, and quality checks*
  • Support multiple departments as needed*
  • Maintain accurate inventory records*
  • Keep warehouse areas clean and organized
Requirements
  • 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred*
  • Forklift/tow motor experience preferred*
  • Experience with RF scanners and inventory systems preferred*
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly*
  • Ability to climb ladders and handle materials safely*
  • Strong attention to detail and organization*
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic*
  • Must be willing to comply with a national background check
Physical RequirementsThis position requires walking approximately 2.5+ miles per day and standing for the entire shift. Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, lift, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodation.We are Seeking Candidates who have held the job titles of:Warehouse Associate, Shipping & Receiving Clerk, Material Handler, Inventory Associate, Order Picker/Packer, or Receiving Clerk
