Role Overview

The Receiving & Inventory Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and storing inbound materials while maintaining inventory accuracy within PayRange systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound shipments from suppliers and internal transfers
  • Verify quantities, part numbers, serial numbers, and condition against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Accurately record receipts in ERP systems in real time
  • Label, barcode, and put away inventory into assigned storage locations
  • Perform cycle counts and support periodic physical inventory counts
  • Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled storage locations
  • Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receiving or inventory experience preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems and barcode scanning tools is an asset
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
