Kitting & Receiving AttendantPay:$20.00 $23.00 per hour (DOE)Location:Catoosa, OK 74015Shift:1st Shift | 6: 00 AM 4: 00 PMJob Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:125087Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable Kitting & Receiving Attendant to support inventory, receiving, and material distribution operations in Catoosa, OK. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials while ensuring production teams have the inventory needed to maintain efficient operations.The ideal Kitting & Receiving Attendant is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with material handling equipment, inventory control, and warehouse operations.Required Experience & Skills Minimum 6 months of material handling and forklift experience required Overhead crane experience required Previous inventory control experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills required Basic math, reading, and writing skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesEssential Duties & Responsibilities Receive, store, and issue inventory and production materials throughout the facility Perform receiving transactions accurately and in a timely manner Review and receive purchase orders and update inventory records as needed Issue materials through kitting processes and material requests for production personnel Maintain accurate inventory transactions within the company system, including Epicor Communicate shortages and potential supply concerns to supervisors and purchasing personnel Maintain shortage logs and kitting schedules to support production requirements Verify shelf inventory accuracy through routine audits and quantity checks Organize storage locations and correct misplaced inventory items Unload and store incoming materials using forklifts and overhead cranes Support safe, efficient warehouse operations and maintain organized work areas Perform additional duties as assigned by managementPreferred Qualifications Experience with Epicor or other ERP systems Manufacturing or industrial warehouse experience Inventory cycle count and auditing experience Previous kitting or production support experiencePhysical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform warehouse activities for extended periods Ability to safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environmentWork Environment Manufacturing and warehouse environment Safety-sensitive position Exposure to forklifts, overhead cranes, inventory storage systems, and production operations Fast-paced setting focused on safety, accuracy, and production supportWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive pay based on experience Stable first-shift schedule Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to expand inventory and warehouse operations experience Team-oriented environment with advancement potentialReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at 918-576-7117 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:507 E.
