Receiving/Inventory Support

Job Responsibilities:* Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing slips.* Document discrepancies, damages, or shortages and report them to the appropriate department.* Accurately label and store received items in designated locations.* Perform regular cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory audits.* Maintain accurate inventory records using company software and systems.* Organize and maintain the receiving and inventory storage areas to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.* Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling, as needed.* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently (certification preferred).* Collaborate with production, purchasing, and quality control departments to resolve inventory-related issues.* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.Job Qualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent.* 1-2 years of experience in a receiving, inventory, or warehouse environment.* Proficiency in using inventory management software and systems.* Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Excellent organizational and time management skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.* Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.* Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
