We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact with customers and helps to keep our office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers

- Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

- Assist with data entry, paperwork, and general office tasks

- Support the office team with daily administrative duties
