Key Responsibilities:
- Visitor reception- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
- Front-desk communication- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Scheduling coordination- Manage appointments and conference room bookings
- Mail and package handling- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Office supply management- Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors
- Common-area upkeep- Keep kitchen and shared spaces stocked, tidy, and organized
- Errand support- Handle package drop-offs and occasional office errands
- Project assistance- Support special projects and additional tasks as needed

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Personal reliable transportation required
