```Duties:```
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Answer all incoming phone calls
- Take reservations for dining and club events
- Manage waitlists and ensure efficient seating arrangements
- Take To Go orders
- Provide guests with information about the location of events and services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception desk and lobby
- Handle member inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the management team to improve member satisfaction
- Monitor and service the Ladies' Lounge

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with composure
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
