Job Description
Receptionist:
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Standley Lake is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, creating a welcoming environment, and keeping a busy front desk running smoothly.
Position Details:
- Part-Time: 20–30 hours per week to start.
- Pay: $20.00-21.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday (Most Fridays off).
- Anticipated Start Date: Week of July 6, 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls as needed.
- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Check patients in and out for appointments.
- Scheduling patients.
- Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records.
- Assist patients with questions regarding appointments and clinic procedures.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area.
- Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, positive, and dependable demeanor.
- Date entry and navigating electronic medical record platform.
- Previous receptionist, administrative, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.
