This Receptionist role serves as the first point of contact for guests and helps create a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal Receptionist is friendly, dependable, and comfortable working various shifts, including weekends and holidays.Required Experience & Skills Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Professional demeanor with a positive attitude Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to work day, evening, or overnight shifts Willingness to work weekends and holidaysEssential Duties & Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner Answer questions and provide customer service support Prepare and maintain coffee service throughout the day Stock and maintain market/convenience area Keep front desk area clean and organized Monitor guest traffic and maintain a welcoming environment Follow all front desk procedures and company policies Communicate issues or concerns to managementPay Details $12.50/hour for day and evening shifts $13.50/hour for overnight shiftDress CodeBlack or khaki slacks required No jeans Professional appearance required at all timesWork Environment Front desk / hospitality setting Moderate activity with periods of downtime between guest interactions Standing and light movement throughout shiftJobID124603Stand-By Personnel
