What You'll Do
As a Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on budget, and to customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reconstruction projects following fire, water, storm, and other property damage events
  • Review and confirm project budgets, scopes of work, and work orders before project launch
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with homeowners, business owners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and financial performance
  • Track and report project metrics during weekly production meetings
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral partners, and vendors
  • Participate in community and networking events to support brand awareness and business growth
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and customer experience
  • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional construction or project management experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong leadership and team development skills

Preferred Experience
  • Construction project management experience is highly valued
  • Restoration industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Before You Can Take the Field: Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: The physical environment requires the employee to work all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds.
