Position Overview
The Records and Information Manager will provide strategic and technical leadership for records management programs, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and best practices while supporting mission-critical information governance initiatives.
Compensation: $130,000.00 - $215,000.00 annually (dependent on a variety of factors)
Key Responsibilities
Lead development and implementation of records management policies and procedures
Oversee lifecycle management of electronic and physical records
Ensure compliance with NARA regulations, GRS, and federal requirements
Provide subject matter expertise on metadata, classification, and digitization
Support protection of classified and sensitive information
Deliver training and guidance to stakeholders
Work Environment & Expectations
Onsite support with occasional telework
Collaboration with cross-functional federal teams
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in an information-related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Active Top Secret clearance
Demonstrated expertise in federal records management
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Records Manager (CRM)
Experience with enterprise records management systems
