Position Overview
The Records Management Specialist will provide operational support for records management activities, ensuring accurate processing, organization, and maintenance of records across systems.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually (dependent on a variety of factors)
Key Responsibilities
Support records inventory and organization
Perform data entry and document preparation
Assist with digitization and electronic systems
Maintain accuracy and compliance with procedures
Provide general administrative and technical support
Work Environment & Expectations
Onsite support with structured supervision
Team-oriented environment
Requirements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Active Top Secret clearance
Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with records management systems
Familiarity with federal records processes
