Job Description

Hiring a Recreation Therapist, CBH Supporting Therapy to work in Vallejo, California

Recreation Therapist
- Must have at least 6 months experience in inpatient psychiatric unit that includes kids, teens, and adults
- Recreation Therapist, CBH Supporting Therapy
Contract: 13 weeks
- Start: ASAP
- These contracts extended very often
Schedules available:
- Either: Tuesday- Saturday (preferred), OR Sunday through Thursday, OR Monday- Friday (with one weekend shift a month)
- 8:30am to 5pm (30 minute lunch)
- Day Shift 5 x 8s
Pay Rate:
- $42.38 - $43.88 per hour
- We can discuss taxable / non taxable breakdown further
Certification in either CTRS, or Drama Therapy (preferred), or certified/registered Music Therapy, of certified/registered Art Therapy, or certified/registered Movement/Dance Therapy, or Yoga Therapy (C-IAYT with a specialization in Trauma Sensitive Yoga, or TCTSY-F). Social worker, LMFT or even an addictions counselor can be a fit.
