Job Description

Chase Technical is looking for an experienced Recruiter for Roanoke, VA!· Manages the day-to-day operations of a flexible workforce.· Daily responsibilities include recruiting, retention, and developing the flexible workforce staff, resulting in increased productivity and decreased costs for the clients.· Reduce turnover and increase retention.· Consistently executes the branch action plan to ensure the quality of CHASE services to the client.· Ensures adequate staffing to cover day-to-day needs.· Conducts daily contact with clients to maintain top of the mind knowledge of the clients business, current opportunities and challenges, and workforce requirements.· Responsible for timely and accurate reporting, including clients and Chase reports, and Payroll.· Determines scheduling needs based on project management requirements.· Stays abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations.· Undertakes any other tasks as determined by Management

Qualifications:

Flexible, able to juggle multiple priorities

Recruiting/ Human Resources Background Required

Strong customer service focus

Must have own automobile, carry a valid state drivers license and have proper automobile insurance coverage for the vehicle.
