Staffing Manager – Sales & Recruiting

Location: West Hartford, CTStarting Salary: $45-50k DOE + Commissions

We are seeking a motivated Staffing Manager to drive sales, recruit talent, and manage client relationships across industrial, accounting/clerical, and operations positions. This role focuses on high-volume temporary and direct-hire placements, offering an opportunity to grow client partnerships, build a strong candidate pipeline, and earn uncapped performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for temporary and direct-hire positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to understand hiring needs and identify new business opportunities.
• Drive sales growth through new client development and expansion of existing accounts.
• Oversee placed employees, including attendance, performance, employee relations, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and compliance with company and client requirements.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and deliver timely, quality placements.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base compensation plus commission with no draw.
• Commission starts at 10% and scales up to 20% of gross margin.
