Job Description

Are you passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities? We’re hiring an Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing marketing firm and support our expanding talent acquisition efforts nationwide.

We partner with local and national brands to execute relationship-based marketing campaigns, and our continued growth has created an immediate need for motivated recruiters who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Recruiters play a critical role in our organization and are key contributors to our long-term success.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 0–5 years of experience who are eager to learn, highly organized, and take pride in delivering a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective candidates

  • Review and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants for multiple roles

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client brands and job responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruiting schedules across multiple accounts

  • Book and manage Zoom and in-person interviews

  • Track candidate progress using ATS platforms

  • Generate and maintain recruiting reports and candidate data

  • Post and manage job advertisements across various job boards

  • Collaborate with leadership to meet hiring goals and deadlines

Requirements

  • Positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable using web-based applications and recruiting software

  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to self-manage, multitask, and prioritize effectively

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Proactive, coachable, and team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting pay of $650 per week + performance-based bonuses

  • Hybrid schedule available after two weeks of in-office training

Additional Details

  • Workday begins promptly at 7:30 AM

  • Some weekend availability may be required based on business needs

  • 90-day probationary period to support training and performance evaluation
