Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter / Corporate Recruiter (Airline Operations)

Location: Fort Worth ,TXDuration: 3 months 

Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter with 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience to support high-volume hiring for airport operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, SuccessFactors/Taleo/iCIMS, recruiting metrics (SLA/KPIs), hiring events, and stakeholder management. Airline recruiting experience is strongly preferred. This role requires traveling to hiring events and partnering with hiring managers to ensure operational staffing needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for airport operations roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers on staffing strategies.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
  • Conduct screening and competency-based interviews.
  • Organize and attend hiring events (travel required).
  • Track recruiting metrics, SLA, and KPIs.
  • Maintain candidate records in SuccessFactors/Taleo/iCIMS.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, Labor, and external vendors.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting.
  • High-volume recruiting experience.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing.
  • SuccessFactors, Taleo, iCIMS, or similar ATS.
  • Recruiting metrics (KPI, SLA).
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Airline recruiting experience (Preferred).
