Recruiter (Temporary)Pay: $30.00  per hourSchedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMLocation: Springfield, MOAre you an experienced recruiter who enjoys managing the full hiring process from start to finish? A Springfield-area company is seeking a Recruiter to provide approximately 8 weeks of support during peak times. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who can quickly step in and manage a high-volume hiring workload.Recruiter Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous recruiting experience required
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
• Professional and customer-focused approach when working with candidates and hiring managers

Recruiter Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for approximately 8 weeks
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates
• Recruit for skilled and production positions, including welders and assembly workers
• Maintain candidate records and hiring activity within the applicant tracking system
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Plan and staff at least one company-specific hiring event
• Provide a positive candidate experience while supporting hiring goals
• Assist with additional recruiting and staffing functions as needed
