Job Description

Recruiter/Personnel Supervisor

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is looking for a Recruiter/Personnel Supervisor to support high-volume recruiting and talent management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable answering phones, managing multiple priorities, and working independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, customer service, and a positive attitude are required.

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 DOE, plus full benefits and commission opportunities after 90 days

Duties:

Review incoming applicant pool, source resumes, and recruit candidates.
Conduct applicant prescreens, interviews, and testing both via phone and in-person.
Complete employee paperwork and orientations.
Conduct pre-employment screenings, including drug screens and background checks.
Document and monitor employee communications.
Communicate directly with customers.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License required
High school diploma required, 2-year or 4-year degree preferred.
Strong Microsoft office skills required.
High level of customer service skills.
Strong ability to problem solve and provide conflict resolution.
Must be able to work independently.
