Temp-to-Hire Recruiter / College Sourcer (Aerospace Talent Acquisition Support) Connecticut (Hybrid/Onsite as needed) | Contract-to-Hire | Aerospace Industry We are seeking a motivated Recruiter / College Sourcer to support a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in networking, relationship-building, and proactive sourcing of early-career and skilled talent. You will play a key role in building strong pipelines through college outreach, community engagement, and targeted candidate sourcing. Key Responsibilities:* Source, identify, and engage candidates for aerospace manufacturing and engineering roles* Build and maintain relationships with colleges, trade schools, and technical programs* Conduct proactive outreach via LinkedIn, networking events, job fairs, and community partnerships* Develop talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill technical roles* Screen candidates for qualifications, interest, and cultural fit* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities* Track candidate activity and maintain accurate ATS records* Support employer branding efforts through campus and community engagement What We're Looking For:* 1–3+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)* Strong networking and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging candidates and school partners* Experience with or interest in technical, manufacturing, or aerospace environments preferred* College recruiting or early-career talent sourcing experience strongly preferred* Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment* Strong communication skills and professional presence Why This Role:* Opportunity to break into the aerospace industry and build long-term talent pipelines* Hands-on exposure to both recruiting strategy and high-impact sourcing* Temp-to-hire pathway with long-term growth potential* Work closely with a collaborative team supporting critical manufacturing talent needs Ideal Candidate Profile: Someone who is naturally connected, resourceful, and energized by building relationships—especially with students, entry-level talent, and technical training programs.
