Our partnering facility is seeking a qualified Contract Recruiter to join their Mountain Division Recruiting.

Must have reliable transportation to attend onsite events within the local region. Must reside in the Salt Lake City, Utah area.

Responsibilities:

The Contract Recruiter is responsible for sourcing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team, as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Sourcing/ Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the manager. The Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding process, credentialing and community offerings.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  •          2+ years proven track record of success in HIGH-VOLUME, sales/production sourcing/ recruiting environment in hospital healthcare - sourcing/ recruiting for experienced Registered Nurses- EXPERIENCE MANAGING 70 - 90 REQUISITIONS ONGOING AT A TIME - SUPPORTING MULTIPLE LEADERSExperience with ATS/ CMS systems
  •          Experience recruiting for Registered Nurses, Allied, PCTs (patient Care Techs) etceteraCritical thinking capabilities
  •          Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities- REQUIRES GREAT ORGANIZATION SKILLSHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel- TECHNOLOGICALLY SAVVY
  •          Ability to work well independently and within a team environmentAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  •          Strong interpersonal and customer service skillsStrong communication skills, both verbal and written
  •          Ability to work in a FAST-PACE, HIGH-VOLUME recruiting environmentProductive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/prioritiesA smart “go getter” aptitude who embraces continuous change
