Build long-term partnerships with organizations and deliver consultative hiring solutions
Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and market mapping
Source, interview, assess, and prepare candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Advise clients and candidates on market trends, compensation, and hiring strategies
Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close recruitment assignments
Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service

Demonstrated success in business development, account management, or closing deals
Track record of exceeding sales, recruitment, or revenue targets
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience utilizing tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
Highly motivated, competitive, and coachable mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Bachelor's degree preferred
