Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator and Proposal Coordinator will support the recruitment and proposal processes by managing the coordination of hiring activities and ensuring an effective and pleasant experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role involves scheduling interviews, attaining and packaging candidate profiles for submission, maintaining communication with applicants, and contributing to overall recruitment strategies and proposal activities for large government contracts.
