Job Description

Help shape the future of Romac as a Recruiting Manager. In this role, you'll lead and shape talent acquisition efforts that help prepare the organization for continued growth and increasing complexity. Reporting directly to the Director of HR, you'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on recruiting, partnering closely with leaders across the business to ensure Romac continues to attract and retain exceptional talent that supports our long-term vision and success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support a team of Recruiters, currently including one direct report, while ensuring a consistent, best-in-class full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Partner closely with HR Generalists across multiple U.S. locations who support recruiting efforts for their respective sites, providing guidance, alignment, and shared best practices
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals, workforce planning, and future growth needs
  • Use recruiting metrics and insights to evaluate effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and inform talent decisions
  • Serve as a working manager by sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates for critical or high-priority roles as business needs require

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience across a variety of roles and levels, with exposure to team leadership or influence-based leadership
  • Strong working knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, employment practices, and applicable employment laws
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across locations and functions
  • Strong organizational, judgment, and project management skills with a practical, results-driven approach
  • Ideal candidate will have a background supporting manufacturing organizations

Base Compensation Range: $100,600 - $151,000. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Our salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance.
