Practice Director or Talent Director, Staffing Industry - Dallas TX Our client is looking for professionals to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Talent Director/Practice Director in the consulting practice, you will focus on delivering skilled consultants for client projects and interim contract needs within finance and accounting, human resources and operations, and business systems transformation. As a Practice Director, you will be responsible for:
- Driving revenue-generating activities for the team to meet both individual and team performance standards.*
- Promoting a culture of collaboration to motivate, inspire and lead by example.*

- Identifying business trends and creating action plans based on those trends to retain and attract clients.*
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining staff.
