Redline Plumbing (the brand-new plumbing division of CBH Homes — Idaho’s #1 home builder) is launching, and we’re looking for skilled plumbers who want steady work, solid pay, and a team that truly has each other’s backs.

We’re hiring a Plumbing Journeyman — someone who can set tubs and water heaters, run and tie in water lines, install fixtures, and keep jobs moving efficiently while working alongside a growing crew.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Strong hands-on plumbing field experience (rough-in residential preferred)
Ability to lead a crew and keep jobs moving on schedule
Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, layouts, and code basics
Comfortable training and mentoring newer installers
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Able to lift 50–100 lbs and work 8–10 hr days
Dependable, organized, and a take-charge team player
