We are currently hiring three full-time Referral Relations Representatives, with territory opportunities in Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan.

Position Summary
The Referral Relations Representative serves as a key relationship-builder and company representative in the field. This role is focused on developing and strengthening relationships with referral sources and community partners, including doctors, front desk teams, referral coordinators, and other key contacts.
You will be assigned a group of referral sources and will be expected to maintain regular in-person coverage, remain visible, build trust, provide support, and help ensure our partners and their patients receive excellent service and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with assigned referral sources
- Serve as a consistent and reliable representative of Theradynamics in the field
- Visit assigned referral sources regularly, with a minimum expectation of coverage at least once every 15 days
- Stay visible, engaged, and connected with doctors, front desk staff, referral coordinators, and other key contacts
- Provide support to referral sources regarding questions, concerns, patient-related needs, and service issues
- Help strengthen partner satisfaction through responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-up
- Represent the company with a polished, confident, and professional presence
- Communicate feedback, concerns, opportunities, and field updates to leadership
- Help identify growth opportunities within assigned territory and relationships
- Maintain organized territory coverage and consistent follow-through

Experience
- Open to both entry-level and experienced candidates
- No extensive prior experience required
- Candidates with strong people skills, drive, professionalism, and ambition are highly encouraged to apply
- Backgrounds in customer service, healthcare support, outreach, relationship management, or similar roles are a plus, but not required
