Pilates Instructor opportunity within Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA

Work Location: 23121 Antonio Pkwy, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688Schedule: Per Diem. Thursday mornings (7–11am) required+ optional additional hours to fit your schedulePay Rates based on class size

Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is looking for a certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to lead small group classes and private sessions. This is a unique opportunity to work with clients who are transitioning from physical therapy into Pilates, helping them rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence in a supportive environment.

As part of our team, you will:

Teach reformer classes (up to 8 participants) and 1:1 sessions
Modify and progress exercises for all fitness levels and recovery stages
Create a welcoming, positive, and motivating class environment
Represent Spine & Sport with professionalism and reliability

Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (required)
Passion for helping clients move, recover, and thrive
Strong communication and adaptability with diverse fitness levels
