We're seeking a Regional Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue strategy across a dynamic portfolio of hotels in the Nashville market. This role partners closely with Sales and Operations to optimize performance, maximize profitability, and ensure each property is competitively positioned for success.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute revenue management strategies across a cluster of hotels
- Oversee and optimize room inventory, pricing, and distribution strategies
- Analyze market trends, competitive sets, seasonality, and business mix to identify opportunities
- Conduct weekly strategy calls to review performance, market share, and pricing/restriction strategies
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align revenue goals with overall business strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners and market managers
- Continuously evaluate performance metrics and recommend data-driven adjustments
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality, or related field
- 3+ years of hotel revenue management experience
- Strong knowledge of the Nashville market preferred
- Experience with one or more major brands: Hilton, Marriott, Choice, or Wyndham
- Proficiency in Excel, revenue management systems, and data analysis
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments
