Our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field of study.

  • 8+ years of relevant business development experience, preferably in the construction, A/E, or sub contractor.

  • Established connections in the Dallas-Fort Worth and a strong understanding of the regional construction landscape.

  • Proven leadership in pursuit strategy and client engagement, including success in positioning and winning complex projects.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to represent Christman with clients and community partners.

  • A collaborative, team-first mindset, with the ability to work across departments and leadership levels to drive results.
