RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategically lead (dotted lines, tbd) the Business Development Managers Food & Bev. and develop the business development strategy for the Food & Beverage industry in the region USCA
- Oversee regional revenue and profit margins for this sector.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including volume, assessable market and target customer identification on a regional, and local scale.
- Develop and manage a three-year business plan for the Food & Beverage industry within the region.
- Facilitate regional knowledge transfer and best practices across this industry.
- Ensure regional alignment across local Food & Beverage business development teams.
- Lead and join customer visits and lead projects with strategic important customers whenever needed.
- Identify and address gaps in the product and system portfolio and conduct competitor analysis together with the Portfolio Management Food & Beverage
- Travel required (30%)

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in technical sales, business development, or account management.
- Deep understanding of fluid control systems, process automation, and regulatory requirements.

- Strong customer focus and attention to detail
- Day-to-day work activities are prioritized appropriately within work routines
- Able to work closely within a team as well as contribute individually
- Ability and motivation to self-train for continued growth
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites and industry events.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
