Are you looking for a driving career that balances strong weekly earnings with consistent home time? We are currently hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers for our Southwest Regional routes. Enjoy reliable miles, 100% no-touch freight, and getting home every single week for your reset.
Pay & Home Time
- Consistent Weekly Pay: $1,250 – $1,500 weekly average.
- CPM Paid on All Miles: Get paid for both loaded and empty miles.
- Home Weekly: Spend 5 to 5.5 days on the road, with a full 34 to 48-hour reset at home.
- Take-Home Truck: Conveniently take your truck home with you during your reset (where applicable).
Freight & Equipment
- 100% No-Touch Freight: Save your energy for driving, not unloading.
- High Efficiency: 70% drop-and-hook (remaining is live load/unload).
- Type of Freight: Dry Van.
- Modern Fleet: Drive newer, well-maintained equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International).
Additional Benefits
- Hourly Protections: $20 per hour for detention and breakdown pay.
- Retirement: 401(k) with up to a $2,000 company match available.
- Paid Time Off: Paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per year.

Qualifications & Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Compliance: Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements.
- Background: DUI and felony history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 is complete.
