We’re hiring a Regional Compliance Manager to oversee compliance for our South Florida Programs. This position will be stationed at Palm Beach Youth Academy located in Palm Beach, FL, an affiliate of Rite of Passage. What you’ll do:

The Regional Compliance Director works as a staff member of the management team. This position works jointly with the Rite of Passage Program Director to accomplish licensing and corporate compliance at the ROP location. The Compliance Coordinator reports to the Program Director and/or the Executive Director for the Region.

To be considered, you should:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of experience in auditing and training.
Be proficient in state-specific Medicaid procedures.
Be able to learn the ROP systems and programs and know them sufficiently to train staff.
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
