CENCO Claims is seeking a dependable and motivated Daily Property Claims Adjuster to support residential property claims throughout the Kearney, NE and Central Nebraska region. With spring storms increasing claim activity, this field-based role offers consistent local assignments, flexible scheduling, and strong support from an experienced internal claims team.

Position Overview: In this role, you will complete residential inspections, document damages, and submit accurate claim files while maintaining professional communication with all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site inspections of residential property losses

Assess and document damages related to weather events and other covered losses

Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate

Capture clear photos and detailed field notes

Communicate effectively with policyholders and carrier partners

Submit organized and timely claim files

What We're Looking For:

Experience using Xactimate estimating software

Knowledge of residential construction and property damage assessment

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Active Nebraska adjuster license or designated home state license
