Job Description

We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated account offering frequent home time, consistent freight, and strong earning potential. This position involves store deliveries with live unloads and is ideal for drivers who are comfortable staying active on the job.

$2,500 sign on bonus for a limited time!

⭐ Position Details

Home Time: Home 3–4 times per week (typically every other day for a 10-hour break)
Freight: 100% touch freight — live unload at store locations
Running Area: VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, WV (within ~700 miles of Front Royal, VA)
Miles: Average 1,500 miles per week
Stops: 1–6 stops per trailer
Schedule: Includes nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Minimum 3 loads per week required
Workdays vary based on delivery routing and home time scheduling

Pay & Compensation

Average Weekly Pay: $1,300+
Top Performers: Up to $2,000/wee

Additional Pay:

$250 per full trailer unload
$125 weekly bonus for completing 3+ loads
$35 backhaul pay

Mileage Pay (Experience-Based):

$0.60 CPM (0 months)
$0.61 CPM (12 months)
$0.63 CPM (24 months)
$0.65 CPM (36 months)
$0.70 CPM (48 months)
$0.71 CPM (60 months)
$0.72 CPM (84 months)
$0.73 CPM (120+ months)

✅ Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL
3 months class A tractor trailer experience required
Must meet DOT hiring requirements
Must be able to perform physical unloading duties
Must be able to work assigned schedule including nights/weekends
