Job Description
Our client is expanding its statewide laboratory services and is seeking a Regional Director to oversee operations across a growing multi-site healthcare network.
This role serves as the operational leader for a region consisting of patient service centers and clinic-based collection sites that collectively serve thousands of patients daily. The Regional Director functions as a senior operations leader responsible for staffing strategy, service quality, operational performance, and provider relationships across multiple locations.
We are seeking a hands-on operator who is comfortable managing complex, fast-moving healthcare environments and leading large frontline teams while maintaining an exceptional experience for both patients and providers.Salary: $80,000/yr
Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operations across multiple clinical collection sites within an assigned region.
- Manage and develop site leaders and frontline teams to maintain high service standards.
- Oversee staffing models, scheduling, and operational efficiency across locations.
- Monitor performance metrics such as patient throughput, wait times, and staffing productivity.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for clinic administrators and healthcare providers.
- Lead the launch and onboarding of new clinical locations as the network expands.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
- Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of operations leadership experience in healthcare, laboratory services, or multi-site service organizations.
- Proven experience managing multi-location operations and large frontline teams.
- Strong operational and analytical decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MHA preferred.
