Job Description

Heritage is expanding our executive leadership team and hiring a Regional Director to join the Heritage family in the greater Baltimore area.

Heritage currently represents 19 rooftops and more than 1,300 employees, making this a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role with one of the region's premier automotive dealership groups. The Regional Director will lead and manage dealership operations across a portfolio of stores in the greater Baltimore area.

Must be a local Baltimore resident or a Baltimore resident on first day of employment.

This position is an executive level management in dealership setting and only the VERY BEST applicants, who want to make a difference in the automotive industry, will be considered.

Qualifications:

Must be a local Baltimore resident or a Baltimore resident on first day of employment.
Stability with a multi franchise dealer group in automotive management role
Proven long term track record of multi franchise success
Proven ability to maximize productivity, customer service and profitability
Proficient knowledge of automotive management systems
Must have a sense of time management and be detail oriented
Self-Motivated with high level of initiative and ability to work in a team
Maintain valid driver's license; Must be insurable
