Regional Director of Operations- Northern Washington
Location Requirement: Must reside between Bellingham and Everett/North Seattle (regional travel required)
Not remote. Hybrid role. Must be visiting programs 3-4 days per week.
Directing programs in: Sedro Wooley, Stanwood, Tukwila.

We are seeking a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to lead a portfolio of programs across Northern Washington. This high-visibility role drives clinical excellence, workforce stability, financial performance, and strategic growth in partnership with county and state stakeholders.

What You'll Do
Lead Regional Operations
Oversee multiple programs with full accountability for performance
Execute strategic goals aligned with Telecare's mission
Drive Clinical Quality
Ensure safe, recovery-oriented care
Lead quality improvement and compliance efforts
Build High-Performing Teams
Coach and develop Program Administrators
Strengthen recruitment, retention, and engagement
Strengthen Partnerships
Partner with county and state stakeholders
Represent Telecare across community and regulatory settings
Own Financial Performance
Manage budgets, FTE alignment, and expenses
Identify opportunities for efficiency and growth

Schedule & Compensation
Schedule:
Full-Time, Salaried | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Participation in a scheduled on-call rotation is required.
Compensation:
Starting salary range: $157,519.25 - $194,565.62 annually
Full range up to $231,611.98
Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership
Multi-site leadership experience (behavioral health preferred)
Master's degree in a related field
Strong knowledge of labor relations and employment practices
Proven success driving operational and financial outcomes
