For the right person, the growth potential here is substantial.

Compensation

Base Salary: $75,000

Total Earning Potential: $100,000–$120,000+ (base + bonus + commission)

Regional Field Marketing Manager — Key Responsibilities

  • Research and secure 60+ events annually, including Home Shows, local community events, and Costco warehouse activations where homeowners are present
  • Complete applications for appropriate events, track spending, and monitor marketing costs to hit benchmark goals
  • Schedule, plan, and optimize all events — including set-up, staffing, and logistics — to maximize return on investment
  • Responsible for all activities related to interviewing, onboarding, and performance management of the field marketing team across Chicago, Madison, and St. Louis markets
  • Be consistently present in the field — at home shows, field marketing events, and Costco warehouse locations — providing hands-on leadership and coaching
  • Drive appointment generation goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis with a metrics-driven, performance-focused approach
  • Create and implement a strategic plan to exceed lead generation goals and increase sales conversion rates from your team
  • Monitor and track all marketing costs; optimize scheduling, personnel, and event selection to achieve the highest possible ROI
  • Assess KPIs regularly and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve team and program performance
  • Provide detailed and accurate lead and appointment forecasts and reports
  • Ensure all Brand Promoters are consistently on-script, on-brand in dress and demeanor, and equipped with strong product knowledge
  • Review leads daily to ensure standards are met and lead reports are accurate
  • Deliver in-field coaching and structured classroom training covering methodology, objection handling, processes, and procedures

Regional Field Marketing Manager — Desired Qualifications

  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize 60+ events per year across multiple markets
  • Several years of experience in event and field marketing, with a track record of measurable results
  • Must be available for a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and regular in-field presence at events and retail partner locations
  • Exceptional training, coaching, and team development skills — the ability to take a good team and elevate it to the next level
  • 2–5 years of experience managing a field marketing team
  • Sales mentality with the ability to drive appointment and lead generation goals at every level — daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Strong budget management skills; ability to monitor and control marketing spend to hit performance benchmarks
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess KPIs and make proactive, data-driven decisions
  • Ability to self-manage time and resources across multiple markets and competing priorities
