Job Description
• Job Title: Regional Field Safety Manager• Location: Atlanta, GA (Servicing Southeast Region)• Start Date: ASAP• Type: Direct Hire
• Compensation:• Salary Range: $78,000 to $82,000 annually• Estimated Total Cash Compensation: ~$110,000+ annually including non-taxable allowances• Bonus: Generous discretionary, performance-based bonus opportunity

• Schedule:• Hours: Salaried exempt, minimum 50 hours per week• Schedule: Project-driven• Shift: Daytime, based on jobsite needs• Regional travel required, generally within a day's drive (10/4 rotation possible)
Scope of Role:This role provides regional field safety oversight across heavy civil, mass grading, utilities, and early-phase infrastructure projects. The Regional Field Safety Officer operates from the Atlanta area and supports multiple projects as assigned, focusing on field execution, compliance reinforcement, and safety culture alignment.
• Qualifications:• OSHA 30 preferred• OSHA 510 preferred (can obtain post-hire)• Experience in heavy civil, grading, utilities, or early site development preferred• Willingness to travel regionally• Strong cultural alignment and field leadership presence
Key Responsibilities:• Conduct field inspections, audits, and hazard observations• Reinforce OSHA construction compliance• Lead toolbox talks and safety coaching• Support pre-task planning and JHA development• Partner with operations leadership to drive accountability• Maintain documentation and corrective action tracking
Skills:• Strong field presence and coaching ability• Clear communication with craft and leadership• Organized and detail-oriented• Practical, solutions-driven mindset
Knowledge Base:Working knowledge of OSHA construction standards, excavation hazards, heavy equipment safety, and early-phase civil construction risks.
