Regional HR Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling across regional offices.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
• Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Assist in the administration of compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation processes regionally.
• Collaborate with regional managers to identify training needs and coordinate development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and company policies throughout the region.

Requirements

• Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a human resources role, preferably within the security or investigations industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to employee relations and HR issues.
