As a Regional EHSQ Manager, you will drives all aspects of the EHSQ program implementation within your designated region. You will serve as leader of the team and strategic advisor to your Operations partners, reporting to the Regional EHSQ Director.

This position may be based out of any of our Mid-Atlantic operating locations, including Manassas, VA; Silver Spring, MD; or Baltimore, MD, with regular regional travel required.

What You'll Do

  • Champion the continuous improvement of the US Gas EHSQ program and drive the evolution of a proactive safety and quality culture across the operating unit
  • Facilitate and verify the local implementation of the organization's mission, vision, and annual objectives to ensure operational consistency
  • Lead internal and external engagement on critical issues where safety, quality, or compliance impact workforce well-being or the long-term sustainability of operations
  • Direct the activities and professional development of support personnel to ensure high-level service delivery and operational support for the business unit
  • Provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance to operations and safety personnel, aligning field actions with corporate goals and risk-reduction targets
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of evolving customer requirements and industry best practices to ensure both regulatory compliance and the ongoing advancement of EHSQ strategies
  • Other tasks as requested by leadership

What You'll Have

  • 5+ years of dedicated experience within EHSQ
  • Degree or professional certification in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, with a focus on fostering professional development and driving collective success
  • Extensive experience within gas utility, pipeline construction, or heavy infrastructure industries, with a deep understanding of sector-specific operational challenges
  • Demonstrated expertise in directing the implementation and continuous improvement of EHSQ and regulatory compliance programs to ensure enterprise-wide alignment

Work Environment

  • Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
  • Flexibility to work different schedules and stay late with little or no notice
  • Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
  • Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to travel with overnight stays
